Rebate ? For you 2012 owners

How long did it take to get your $500 back fom Toyota? My dealer called me several days after I bought my truck and had forgot all about the rebate and just wanted to mail it to me, that's been right at 6 weeks ago. I don't even know if you can call anyone to check on it.

I applied the cash back to the down payment.

I had figured the dealer did the same but I got a call several days after the sale saying they forgot about it, it was July 4 and they were busy and rushed us through. They even messed up the DMV paperwork and took a while to get that fixed.

So now I'm waiting on my $500 check

 

had no idea about a rebate? I paid under invoice though so I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to get it anyways

Also got $1000 off for being a grad student. I think that offer is good through January.

 

they should also pay you the sales tax amount on the $500. In PA i would have paid an additional $30 in sales tax had they screwed up the rebate.
