    Removing stereo in 07 and this wire was behind the plate underneath passenger A/C vent. Assuming it's optional airbag switch?

    pretty sure all airbag wiring is yellow, so yes, that's my guess. you must have a double cab - I think the selectable on/off passenger airbag switch is only for access cab trucks, but the wiring must be there from the factory regardless of cab configuration.
