    I couldn't tell you as they were on the truck when I bought it, sorry. I have seen a few like them in the b/s/t section before though

    x2 - just put on my steps (plastidipped my pinch weld prior) and think they look good - I have pics here: http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-tacomas/6499-what-have-you-done-your-tacoma-today-1074.html

    if you want to get an idea of how they look :)

    Edit - Facepalm, just realized you already saw them:facepalm:

    hard decision

    and it's the next thing I want to do to my truck...maybe I should move on to something else and come back to it.

    I like the Predator step bars...especially if I added an Avid light bar/bumper guard (damn they are a good looking unit).

    The step tubes are reasonable and common and would do the trick (also good looking)

    The running boards have some advantages, but are made of steel (heavy and will probably rust in my salt air neck of the woods)...probably practicle, but not sure of the look for my truck.

    I have the SS nfab style steps and love them much more than the stock steps that came on my TRD OF, and after one winter up here, they don't even look like they need polishing {still look new}

    If I ever take that "step" (a'thank you) I'm going with the Smittybilt nFabs. Didn't even realize that Toyota makes almost the exact same bar. They look exactly the same but the predators way more expensive. Go figure!

    I put these on mine. :)

    "4 WHEEL PARTS" had a sale and ordered them for me for $307 including tax & delivery. My son and I put them on which are powder coated in less than 30 minutes. My wife is 5' and these make it a lot easier to get in & out because the steps are a couple inches lower then the straight bars.

    Since my previous post, I found the Avid Off Road Step bars. If I do decide to get a set, I'll go with Avid. Made in Arizona, great price and no plastic caps on the ends. All kinds of resources on this site and I find more every day!

    I have them on my DCSB 4X4. I think they look good.

    They help to protect the rocker panels from chips and the doors from dings. Other than that they are useless.
