Just to add more Toyota nonsense to the mix they just sent this back:

Thank you for your continued interest in the Toyota Tacoma.

The Tacoma build sheet provided by your Toyota dealer is for a vehicle equipped with the "TRD Sport Extra Value Package", which appears to be a new package with contents that differ from the "TRD Sport Package" and the now-discontinued "TRD Sport Upgrade Package" offered for the 2012 model. Options for the 2012 Tacoma can be reviewed at http://www.toyota.com/tacoma/options.html. The TRD Sport packages are the final two entries at this address.

Based on the information you have given us, it seems that Toyota has consolidated some of the features in our 2012 option packages into a single new Extra Value Package. In this case, both the Toyota press release and your Toyota dealer are correct.

We apologize for any confusion you have experienced in shopping for your new Tacoma, and we thank you for following up with us on this subject. Communications such as yours help Toyota to become aware of our customers' experiences and reactions. Your email will be made available for review by the appropriate departments, and your input will aid us in planning future model launches to avoid this type of confusion going forward.

I think these people are one or two quarts low:confused:

I was told the sport would be discontinued so I did some checking. I didn't realize it had been brought up before. At least they are still making the sport. I was ready to try and scramble to find a 2012 since I was told there would be no sports in 2013.

    Nuf said, thanks...

I think read somewhere that Toyota is getting rid of the skewp package and replacing with a Limited "Chrome" package

I have a 2013 Sport so they are offering it. It is same as the 2012 model except the Navigation/radio buttons are slightly different and manual does not reflect changes.
