I caught my flaps and it pulled a couple of those rivets out so I figured I would just continue and trim them up. Anyway, does anyone know what size those plastic rivets are? I'm not going to go to the dealer, but I'm thinking maybe the hardware or autoparts store has them.

It's all in my head at the moment...
Also at Lowe's and/or Home Depot, go to the hardware section and look through those pull out drawers. They have a lot of automotive bric-a-brac for door panels, moldings and plastic push pins.

I played the Lowes drawer game looking for the correct size plastic rivets. None of them ever fit correctly, although they were close. I also tried a couple from Autozone. Eventually I went to the dealer and bought his entire stock of 12 rivets for a dollar a peice. I wish I had just gone to the dealer to begin with, it would have saved a lot of headaches. Now I have a couple of spares for the next time the mud flap comes off.

I went to Auto Value and I got 3 at just under $3.00 a piece. Went to the dealership and got the other 3 for $1.50 a piece. I think that there was no way in hell that I was going to get all of them off without breaking a single one.
