headlight yellow smudge

already i have seen some tacomas on the road with the yellow film smudge on their headlights... Im sure im going to do my one day... I saw those diy kit from like pep boys... worth it? I also seen some where you have to buff it off and re-gloss? Man, mind as well go to a junkyard to see if they have the newest replacements...

 

mine werent yellow at all they just started getting cloudy, i got the mothers kit from autozone and it made them look brand new. BUT mine werent nearly as bad as some others so i cant say how they will work on severely oxidized headlights but mine came out like new

 

Yes use a restore kit then clean the headlights routinely. Cleaning them routinely will keep them looking nice and new.

 

i clean my headlights all the time... but mother nature will still f it up... how much is the restore kit??
