Nothing special except the plasti dip metalizer. I only put on 1 coat of it though. Regular painter's tape and newspaper to mark off my area to paint. I'm going to redo it and add some color if I every get some free time.

    I put gas in it...
My dog ALSO like blue tape. She'll get out of the fence, grab it out of the carport and then run back to the back yard lol.. Strange!

Looks great guys! Ive done a couple of engine valve covers myself and they turned out really good but this time its different since I got my Taco. I have a few questions i was wondering if you guys knew.

    - How does the paint do under the heat conditions?

    - Will engine enamel work well on plastic?

    - how hot does the engine cover get?

I Will be painting mine white pretty soon because i have a white taco so i will post pics once its done!
