High RPM cold start with CEL flashing and rough running

    I have a 2006 Tacoma. After it sits overnight and starts, the rpm go to 3000 and it run very rough with the check engine light continually flashing. Turn vehicle off and restart, runs great, no check engine light but codes P0300, P0301 and P0303 are in the computer. Cleaned the throttle body, mass air flow sensor and replaced #1 and #3 plugs and coils-still have problem
