And just to note, it's not the entune system. Toyota put a touch screen in all Tacomas now. It's nice, but as noted in above posts, it does not have satellite radio capability. Sucks, but I think I've gotten over it. The bluetooth+pandora/spotify will get me 95% of satellite radio. Whenever I don't have signal, time for mp3s!

You may not have sat radio, which I don't use at all, but you have drl off switch and backup cam in your mirror, I'm gonna have to order a 13 turn signal stalk and try to wire it in

You mean in all 2013 models? I have a 2012 SR5 and no touch screen. My stereo is powerless and weak and loses considerable sound quality at higher volumes. Hope the 2013s are better.

I'm assuming there won't be a shut off for the DRL since it's a law here in Ontario for cars after a certain year to be built with them. I'm not even sure why you would have a switch. I mean, wouldn't it be easier to not equip it with DRL, and if you want lights on, turn them on??

There is a setting in my '12 Sport's homelink mirror that will allow you to see the back-up cam image in the rear-view. I will take a look at mine at lunch and see what the steps are to get it up there. I do believe that it will show on both the entune screen and in the mirror though.

Just got my new 2013 tacoma dc longbed home. Love this truck. Only one thing why 2 sunglass cases. I really liked my garage remote being overhead. Why did they remove it for a glass case.

Two cases for two pairs of glasses, I have mine in one and the wife has hers in the other. Sucks that homelink isn't in the mirror though anymore.

2013's OR's are supposed to have Homelink - think they screwed up your mirror install. Here's screen shot from Toyota.com, check out the text under Off Road pack clearly states Homelink:

I bought a gray-face homelink off ebay for $17 and I'll install either in the center right behind sunglasses cases, or just toward the driver side of it. On the plus side, should be slightly easier to reach than on the mirror. And I can claim one more "mod" on the truck, hah :)

Weird, I wonder if Toyota hasn't update that yet. When I look on the website under "2013 Options and Packages" for the DC it says

So if you get the Entune/JBL package without the navigation you will get the homelink and have the backup cam show up on the screen instead of the mirror?

The only difference that I can tell between the DRL and lights (no headlight) switch positions is that DRL does not kick the truck in to "night mode". The night mode just dims the radio head unit, and activates the lights behind gauge cluster, etc.

Correct, you either upgrade to Entune/JBL that comes with Nav, apps, subwoofer, etc. or you keep the standard touchscreen (new to 2013) radio head unit. I read Toyota changed the backup cam to only show up in the rearview mirror with either option and not show up on the screen. However, I have not been able to verify this in a truck...so something to look into/for.
