    Stock for now.
Instead of microfiber, I use thisbold school leather chamois. I had 3 of them for years and never failed me. Reason why I don't use micro fiber towels on the body is because they don't retain water that well...at least compared to my old chamois.

I do however use microfiber to clean windows and interior.

I find that waffle weave towels hold water better than the old chamois.

Picked up my truck last night. Gonna go out now and put some clay to the paint then try to remove all the swirls already in the paint. After I wax, I'll snap some pics to post. :)

    I use these -

to dry off my vehicles and I use compressed air to blow out the mirrors and door jambs and what not where it holds water!!! You can pick them up at walmart or any parts store and they stay damp when stored in the case. When they get really dirty, throw them in the washer and they are good as new!!!

Yes the waffle weave holds more water,I just prefer sticking to the traditional ways . Yes an old authentic leather chamois is more like to cause scratches, buts that's due to improper use/care.

I find just regular microfiber towels cause more blemishes that a proper chamois or waffle weave.

I use two microfibers. First one picks up mos to water immediately followed by the dry 2nd one. By the time I'm done the 2nd towel is pretty much still dry. I also have been using microfiber on my eye glasses for years with not a single scratch.

These with eagle 1 wax as u dry....spray and wipe. It doesn't replace waxing but it leaves no water spots...

Got my truck Friday evening. Couldn't even see all the crap on the paint untlil after I washed and clayed. You would think you could but I couldn't. Mega swirls too.
