I have a question for everyone. I drive 2013 Tacoma prerunner. it only has 4373 miles on the truck, today for some odd reason I could not get the truck out of park and my a/c wasn't working. Has anyone else had any issues or know of any recalls?

It was like 29k something, tax in SC is capped at $300 bucks so that helped.

Thanks for all the pricing info, it really helped.

I just picked up my 2013 DCSB in VA. For the VA folks, the price below includes doc/processing fee.

    Here's my Breakdown
    DCSB 4x4 v6
    Off-road package
    Tow package
    all weather mats
    MSRP: 32,880
    Edmunds Invoice: 30,552
My Price OTD: $30,243 plus taxes and tags

I added in wheel locks ($45) and cargo net ($30) at the last minute, got those about half off.

One thing I wanted to mention about my experience and researching online. The invoice price given by Edmunds/KBB is pretty far off from dealer invoice. The dealer invoice for my truck (before net/locks) according to Edmunds was $30,552. I came to find out that true dealer invoice is $30,187 (confirmed by 2 different dealers). That lower invoice price is not the invoice price minus holdbacks, they still get their holdbacks on that as well. Long story short, don't ever fall for the dealer sob story that "I need to make something on this deal". I think I could have gone another $200 down, but I was tired and felt like I was getting a pretty good deal.

Also to note, I took delivery on the last day of the month. I'm not sure if I believe the hype or not, but all the dealers I spoke to were ravenous about me taking delivery by the end of the month, so maybe there is something to it.

    Thanks

Whats a good price on a DCSB 4x4 with MSRP 32780. (Seattle area)

I have one dealer coming in just under 30k + a $500 rebate because I'm a graduate student. Is that a good deal or do I keep looking?

    Thanks!

thats a pretty good deal man For a TRD OR. Some have payed a little less but many have paid more. I've been wheeling and dealing and the lowest I could get is 30300 plus TTL. I'm burnt out on haggling.

Pretty sweet deal if that includes the tow package and doc fees (in VA doc fees are another 499, so negotiate that).

I just bought a 2013 TRD Sport DCSB with nav/bluetooth etc.

I traded my 2010 AC SR5 plus $11,885. They gave me $22,500 off the 34K sticker.

I feel like I got a good deal at Allstar Toyota in Alexandria, LA.

Traded in a 2010 DCSB Prerunner 4x2 that I was leasing with tint, mats and cd/mp3 audio included cruise, tow package, and keyless entry all installed by the dealer. It only had 17,500 miles. The residual was $16,800 and they gave me $23,000 trade in.

Picked up a 2013 DCSB TRD Sport with tinted windows, tow package, mats, nitrogen in wheels, vin etching, and tube steps. Sticker on the window was $30,817 and I got it for $27,225 + tax, title, license. Original agreement was $28,500 but after a tax credit snafu with the trade-in, they ate the cost to "make it right."

With the trade in and down payment, I ended up financing just under $21,000.
