I know ATO and Relentless make nice Hi-lift jack mounts for the bed rail. Is there anything else new out there?

I am a slightly concerned about where the the lower part of both the ATO and Relentless bracket rests against the bed. After zillions of miles vibrating from gravel roads do they wear into the composite bed material?

Both ATO and Relentless look good to me.

I also saw these on ebay, but have not seen them discussed here:

Anything else I should look at?

You could look into getting some cloth pads to stick to it. Like the kind you use on the bottom of chairs and tables to not scratch hardwood flooring.

Is there a way to lock the hi lift to thre mounts. Im more worried about someone taking it in the middle of the night.

    Need help

I believe ATO offers an option in which they cross drill the bolt that goes through the jack. You can then put a lock through the bolt.

Damage to the bed where the ATO mount rests was a concern of mine. Take a piece of rubber tubing, slit it down the middle and put it on the bottom of the bracket. It will fit great and protect the bed. I only have a 1000miles on mine but no visible wear.

I did the same thing on my ATO hi lift mounts, some black 5/16" fuel line split down the middle with a few drops of gorilla glue to hold it on there :D

No issues with any gouges or any wear. More than 3000 miles on this set up

I kind of like these mounts, too. Did you ever get them? If so, how do you like them?

I did, I bought the 4x Innovations (ATO) mounts, but I added a bracket and mounted a set of Maxtrax rather than a High-Lift. I like them and they are good quality.

    A few things
All pro makes one also. There is a lock for these that replaces the knob. But not sure if it works on all brands

Thanks for the info. I've never seen MaxRrax, but looks like military armor bridging concept. Pretty cool! I bet it helps in loose sand.

It's actually MaxTrax if you want to do some research on them. Expensive, but priceless at the same time! If you have time to kill, go on YouTube and search "expedition overland alaska/yukon". There's 12 episodes where they traverse across Alaska in a Tacoma and Land cruiser and use these countess times in some really gnarly situations. I just binge watched all episodes yesterday.

Yeah, it was a typo. I went to the web site and looked a little. I see they are stackable, but thought a folding design, might also create a ramp. Just a thought, I haven't done any wheeling in years, and stuck in Texas. I don't know when I'll get to go. My old favorite area here is on Ft. Hood.
