So i recently installed the long tube headers on my 06 v6 6speed taco and started to throw codes so i manufactured an o2 sim and wired it in at the ecu. My o2 sim corrected the bank2sensor2 error code but when i wire in the bank1sensor2 it instantly throws a p0606 code (PCM Processor Fault). With both wired in together, my O2 sim is putting out .68v with an oscillation on/off/on every 3 seconds. My scanguage is showing both working with an oscillation of 66%. When i disconnect the bank1sensor2 completely it just throws the p0137 (02 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank I Sensor 2)). Anybody out there with any thoughts or suggestions to help alleviate my problem?

:) When you try to fool computers with a home-made simulator, you are really in some sophisticated regions of engine control. I would like to ask you what codes did installing the headers give you ? Maybe another way can be found to fix your code problems. Are you sure about the Sim-simulator is still working with all the resistors you may have used ? Your oscillations you are getting, are they the short and long term fuel trim information ?

With some more information about what you built and how it is wired into the engine, we will try to help with this. I know you are aware of the dangers of over suppling or under suppling voltage or amperage to sensitive circuits. I wish you luck.

It originally was trhowing the P0420/P0430 codes like i have read it would.

My led indicators and voltage outputs are showing correct. This is the board i am using. http://www.mkiv.com/techarticles/oxygen_sensor_simulator/

No, The oscillation is from the timer chip being used. 3 seconds on @~.68V and 3 seconds off @ 0V.
