If you feel like selling the plastidipped one, PM me. I'm looking for a Satoshi project.

Will do. It won't be immediate tho. I'm picking up the grill this weekend, and then when I get a chance, I'm going to go thru the process of painting my stock one.

smart move. The job I did matches perfectly except for the luster, but you can fix that by wet sanding and polishing. not sure what the plastidip looks like up close.

Tried clear plastidipping a chrome grill I just picked up. From far, it looks great. As soon as you're about 10 feet away, you can tell it's off. Bumpy texture, not glossy, etc. But for a quick week or so that I need to take my original grill off to paint, it's not a bad substitute. Definitely can't pull it off with plastidip tho. If anyones going to clearcoat chrome, it's gotta be with a real clear coat. Still a great and quick discovery, however.
