Hey guys, so I recently installed a new all-pro rear bumper to my 07 DC LB. Love it and all but I have a problem with the trailer hitch being behind the license plate. The only way to pull a trailer or attach a ball is either to remove my license plate or get a flip up license plate. The only problem is NO ONE makes flip up license plate holders... So if anyone has the same problem, a solution, or any ideas that could help please post here. Help is greatly appreciated thanks a bunch.

I just removed my license plate. You can stick it in your rear window and I think you will be fine. Never took the time to look for a flip up plate

Most states have clauses in license plate laws that allow for the plate to be removed or unseen while towing.

in certain states and only if towing. Most states mandate that your plate be at the furthest ends of the vehicle and X amount of inches off the ground.

Right, but it seems crazy to have to get on my back, unscrew my license plate hook it up then have to put it back on when done. Having a simple flip up license plate holder would make sense and be much easier. It seems that all-pro should offer one since it was their idea to hide it behind the plate which doesn't make much sense to me.

Anyone else have an all-pro rear bumper? And if so what did you do...

We did that as to not hinder clearance underneath the bumper.
You want a hitch hanging 3 or 4" underneath that bumper? I wouldn't.

Sarah has hers on a receiver hitch. Pull that hitch, hook up trailer, etc.

If you don't want to do that, try these:
