My truck is 2 weeks old and already has moisture in headlights. I have only hand washed her. What is the easiest way to get the moisture out? What should I do to prevent this from happening again? everything is bone stock.

trd seat covers, bed mat, tinted windows, debadged, mud flaps removed, tinted tails, blacked out center console, Black Rims, 6000k HID in highs and fogs, blacked out front emblem, Pioneer AVH-4300DVD, Gauge Cluster, lower valence, retrofitted, audio system, Maxtrac Spindles, Billies
Take the lights out, bake them, open them up, clean them very well, put them back into the oven to heat them up, and reseal them. Also might want to add some silicone around the edges just to make sure it seals completely.

If it's 2 weeks old, as in brand spankin new, take it back, let the dealership replace it with a light that doesn't leak.

Why would anyone consider doing anything else?

1.) This should be covered under warranty. Why pay for something that is free (and shouldn't have happened in the first place)?
2.) Doing anything other than that would void the possibility of getting it replaced under warranty in the future.
    3.) It's the easiest choice.

Day 1: Drive to dealership and show service writer. Drive away from dealership and wait for the replacement headlight to arive.
Day 2: Drive to dealership. Eat and drink free refreshments while they swap out the headlight and wash the truck. Leave dealership with 30 minutes.

4.) It's the best choice. He gets a brand new OEM part.
5.) Taking things apart that generally aren't supposed to be taken apart usually ends with more problems down the road. I'm assuming that the OP wants to keep his truck problem free and not sell the problem to someone else down the road...i.e. he has a conscience.
6.) Is there any point in me continuing?

I'm not opposed to a conversation about it, but the best option has been presented. Therefore the conversation has (or at least should have) concluded.

Ok, will do. thanks for the advice. One last question. Does it have to be "the" dealer i bought it from, or any toyota dealer? I put in 5 11's this week so I will have time to go to the dealership tomorrow. keep you guys posted. May try to update my profile now that i actually own a Tacoma!

Easiest thing to do first of all is check to make sure the vent hole isn't clogged or plugged off.And that doesn't even require a trip to the dealer.

Why not?If the vent is clogged or whatever it could be fixed in just a few minutes rather than wasting a whole day waiting on the dealership to fix it.

5 min ordeal. Checked headlight, got mileage, vin, and contact info. I will have a new headlight on Tuesday. Thanks for the advice everyone. I've never owned a new vehicle before so I am not use to having things taken care of for free. (For now.....)

I didn't think the headlights had a vent. Thought only the tail lights did? Correct me if I'm wrong please.

If there is a vent hole in the backside, what prevents water from getting in it while wheeling through puddles or something?
