Any tricks to getting the plastic panel off? The wind caught the door and slammed it hard and now I have a rattle to fix inside the door. regular window crank, no side air bag.

there will also be a U shaped clip that holds the crank on. they make a tool the helps remove it but I always used a flat head screwdriver on my old chevy.

Pop off the black triangle piece by the mirror (and pull out the white clips that stay behind, be careful not to press these into the door. Install the white clips onto the black triangle piece you just removed before reinstalling. You can't just press the black triangle piece into the door with the clips installed in the door, the clips will just press into the door and your SOL), next, remove the 2 screws (one behind the handle, one behind the latch). Then, pull straight up on the front of the panel containing the electric lock and electric window buttons (the front lifts straight up, then slides forward to release). This allows you to unhook the wires so you don't have to wrestle with them later. Next, feel around the bottom of the door where the plastic meets the metal, toward the back you will feel a little indentation. Grad the plastic door cover and pull straight out starting at that point. Once all the plastic clips are freed, lift straight up to lift the window edge trim piece off the door and you're free. Sorry, sounds complicated but it only takes about a minute to have the inside door panel off
