New to forum. Shopping for Tacoma. Have the opportunity to buy one owner 2011 doublecab longbed 4x4 TRD sport with tow package and 29000 miles for $27,000. Dealer will not budge on price. Has a clean carfax.

Thanks to forum was able to confirm has the factory tow package. Also has three leaf spring instead of desired 4. Very clean truck. Very tight compared to 2009 prerunner driven with 61000 miles. My only concern with truck is price. Thinking right now I could nearly get a new 2012 doublecab prerunner for that price.

Prerunner vs 4wd though. Price would differ by a thousand at least I would think.

    I think it's a decent price since you're talking 4x4 and TRD.

Agree with all above. If you're lucky, you catch a 0% APR on the Tacoma. I heard this advertised on the radio last year on Memorial Day. 4 hrs later, I'm signing a purchase agreement.

But if $27k is out the door, its not bad. if not, go new and maybe wait for 0% APR. The Tacoma rarely goes on the 0% though, usually its the Prius and Camrys.
