Gonna change out my stock horns. I'm wondering if the horns I have draw more or equal to the stock ones. Basically to tell me if I need s relay or not

I don't think it works like that. The horn is a speaker which has a nominal impedance. It plays one single note due to current being run through it. The only difference two different sets of horns would really yield would be an impedance difference. I would remove the stock horn and use a DMM to test the impedance on the horn. Then test the impedance on the new horn. If they are similar or the new horn isn't too much LOWER then you're good.
