    Just -sylvania ZXE on head & fog lights -the tires
    I can see in the pictures of the other thread that the cats can easily be replaced; cut and weld new ones...

    Technically the regs for a federally approved replacement cat are pretty strict. To be sold without the 'off road use only' mantra it has to pass an extended test with an emissions test at the end to verify the vehicle will still pass emissions. Something like 5 identical vehicles each for 25k miles just to certify for that single model.

    I'd look it up again but I want to go for a bicycle ride and daylight is fading.

    But there should be certified catalytics in muffler shops, and you should have to be able to take the truck to the emission test and if it don't pass go back to the muffler shop for warranty.

    I think it will be a lot cheaper than go OEM and replace the entire exhaust manifold when you only need catalytics.
