I like the idea behind me. But I would like a longer light bar. Maybe going almost all the way across the bottom. Also, if it can be 2 colors. White for normal use. And yellow for bad weather conditions.

I just ordered one at 4wheel parts truck and jeep fest in San Mateo, CA today. Rigid had a booth set up and i talked to their spokesperson about this grill. She told me it would retail for $500 for the grill itself but I got a show special price at $371:D. The light bar is separate and she said they are going to start shipping them in March.

Shaggy was this easy to install?

There are a bunch of pictures on my build site that I took during the install.

I took the factory grill out, cut out the insert, trimmed the lip, then carefully lined up the tabs and drilled holes in the existing lip (make sure you don't trim too much), then bolted it all up. I also decided at the same time to replace the horn and paint everything behind the grill high temperature flat black since you can see everything through the grill much better now. All in all it took me a few hours and was pretty easy if you have basic skills and basic tools - dremel, drill, etc...

    A few bolts are different.
$500 for that grill without the light is near insane. But, it is a nice setup.

That is crazy 500 for a grill you could make for 150 tops and that would be out of high end durable material not plastic.

My mistake I thought the honeycomb was plastic. That still seems like a really high price tho.
