Frustrated!! Please Help w/ noise

    Leveling kit, bedcover, grillcraft grill, cooper 265/70, black XD addict rims, short antenna, front brow tint and side windows, magna flow exhaust, Hella 500s mounted behind grille, TRD CAI.
    So today i installed my TRD CAI with my buddy. We did everything correctly, the truck runs fine no lights or anything came on. But when we first took it out for a test drive we heard a squeaking noise. We looked under the hood and the squeak was coming from the belt somewhere and this was not happening before the install. i just do not get it. the intake has nothing to do with the belt or fan but all of a sudden there is this squeak. Any ideas or suggestions?
