From reading several of the posts, intermittent wiper stalk 84652-04141 is specified for 05-08 Tacomas and wiper stalk 84652-02610 is specified for 09-11 Tacomas. Wiper stalk 84652-02610 intermittent knob works in the opposite direction than the 84652-04141 wiper stalk. One you turn up to increase the number of wipes (least delay between wipes). The other you turn down to increase the number of wipes (least delay). Thus the backwards "problem". Which way do you want to turn the delay knob to run the fastest (least time between wipes)? If you want to turn the knob down to run the fastest, order 84652-04141 wiper stalk. If you want to turn the knob up, then order the other one. You can PM Rich91710 to verify the operation of 84652-04141 wiper stalk.

I ordered wiper stalk 84652-02710 (specified for 2012) for my 2012 and I have to turn it up to run faster ( least time between wipes). I do not know if 02710 wiper stalk is compatable with a 2010 or not.

    That is correct.
I have the 04141 and with mine turned "up" it is the longest delay.
