Thinking about a RollBak Tonneau for my 2013... Couple questions

A few months back my father in law picked up a RollBak Tonneau for his 2006, I really like it and am thinking about one for my 2013.

Couple of questions though, hoping someone who has this setup with a late model can shed some light.

First issues, how does the Rollbak rail system get along with the stock tie down rails? Any modifying of the stock rails needed? Can you still used the tie down?

Next, what's the consensus on a locking tailgate latch for backup camera models?

    Appreciate the insight guys!

I'm curious about this because I went through the order options and got a message saying.

"Product Details: Will Not Fit With Deck Rail System"

I watched a couple install videos that show the rails being used for the install so I'm a little confused now.

Roll N Lock,,, rails will be fastened to taco original rails with aluminum brackets specifically for that model truck. And the cover has a key lock on the end to lock it on the tailgate, providing security for both cover and tailgate.

Roll N Lock,,,, no rail modifications needed, tie downs which float on the rails need to be taken off.

The Roll-n-Lock is different than the RollBak.

The Roll-n-Lock has an external security lock.
Pretty sure you need a locking tailgate for any security with the RollBak

The RollBak has intermittent locking along the track so you can leave it partially open.
It kind of looks like the Roll-n-Lock has this too but they don't feature it in many of the videos except for one part in this one @ 6:50.

RollBak is powder coat finish and the Roll-n-Lock is the vinyl tonneau (on top, with aluminum slats underneath).

Roll-n-Lock also has a powered version that opens itself and runs off a keyfob which is pretty slick.

Not sure how much of a difference there is with install between the two.

I might be slightly off on some of this if someone wants to fact check me. I'm going off the videos and websites...
