Today when leaving home my back up camera was on, then I thought I saw it went off, it did but I was still in reverse. So I tried from park to reverse a couple times but no back up camera. Then I turned off my truck and then tried it again and it worked again.

    Any thoughts?

    Anyone else experience this?

The only time I've noticed this is when I'm reversing and hit the Audio button in which my entune switches from the camera to tuner.

I guess I should ask if you have the entune or rearview mirror monitor for your backup camera.

I've had this happen a couple of times. I believe it was due to not waiting for the screen to do its little start up sequence it does before putting the vehicle into reverse. Not 100% sure but every time I wait for it to "boot up" entirely nothing goes wrong.

If I dont wait for my phone to sync to entune and bluetooth i have the same problem. It will also occur if I press the audio button while backing up.

    +1

It was disconcerting when this happened the first time. I just put the truck in neutral for a sec and then back into reverse and it corrected itself.
