    I have a 2008 TRD sport V6 tacoma. in all my past vehicles I've had an overdrive button but this truck doesn't have one. is there something internal that deals with overdrive or r we SOL?

    5th is the overdrive gear, so 4 is the equivalent of overdrive off.

Plasti-dipped upper fenders and emblems. satin black spray paint here and there inside and out. 5100's set to 1.75" up front . C channel front bumper. Maxxis bighorn 255/85/16
    the 4.0 comes with either a 5spd auto or 6 spd manual.

    ok awesome, my cousin just got a first gen yesterday and his has an OD button I was making sure Toyota wasn't cutting cost or anything with the 2nd gens
