I've owned Toyotas since 1974. I've never been to a Toyota dealers shop where you could watch them do the work,like thru a glass window or something. Then I took my 04 into the dealer in Springfield Oregon while on a road trip for a oil change. The setup was so all could be viewed by the customer while the work was being done. An excellent shop by the way. So open and friendly. gee, what a concept, letting the customer watch. I highly recommend it. I would give them repeat business any time. Might buy my next truck there.
