Rigid SR20 issue

    1-1/2" Lift, Larger Tires, Headache Rack, Tool Box in Bed, Tailgate retainer clamp and cable, Grillecraft grille, RECARO Seats, Re-upholstered interior with matching RECARO fabric, painted all chrome areas and debadged entire Truck, BAMF sliders, Blacked out headlight inner frames and misc interior trim panels, Removed XM Fin, Removed front and rear bumpers. Rigid SR 20" LED Light bar, Pelfreybuilt Front Plate Bumper Ordered. Looking at Rear Plate Bumpers now.
    Just mounted up my Rigid SR20 20" LED light bar. There was a problem with my light or harness:((not really sure which). Rigid is making good and overnighting me a replacement unit.:D
    David in the Rigid warranty dept was great to work with and had no Pakistani accent. I love working with products that are made in the USA!
    So far my truck, tires, lift kit, tool box, headache rack, and light bar are ALL made in the US:oldglory:

    It amazes me that people can write the above on a public forum with out an once of shame. I'm all for supporting ones country by purchasing locally made products, however I am sure that there are many people who have Pakistan accents whom are also Americans.

    I would take Rigid ANYDAY over any of your GG CRAP. Why wont you grow a pair and admitt that you work for GG. The only threads you post in are ones regarding lighting and you always bash the superior company. GG products are poorly made and when one does break, which they do all the time, GG wont return peoples calls or emails and wont stand behind a damn thing they claim.

    It is absolutely pissing me off that this guy cant man up and admitt to it. It is beyond obvious. Sorry OP, but i am gonna call this guy out as often as possible. Their products are crap, their service is crap, they in general are crap, thus why TW kicked them off this site.

    Not to get off topic here....but i have nothing but good things to say about rigid customer service. I have a rather complicated setup i purchased from them utilizing a flasher module and multiple channels. 2 techs spent close to 2 hours with me designing a wiring diagram in visio and using an online meeting so we were all on the same page. I will not look anywhere else but rigid for any additional led lighting.

    Agreed. I was quite suprised they were willing to join a meeting to build the diagram with me.

    Psh...only allowed to brag if this whole thing works and doesnt catch on fire due to a mistake on my part. The only bragging rights i have are running the wiries for the roof through the 2012 fin antenna. What a pain in the ass that was.
