What should I get?

Im going to be coming in to around $800 or so. A co-worker needs a place to crash for a couple months before he transfers to another base so he is going to hook me up with some rent. What should I get for my truck? 1. nfab light bar. 2. replace TRD Bilstein shocks in rear end.( this kind of needs to be done) 3. nav deck. 4. Tunoue cover.
