Hi, this is my first post and I hope to be a Tacoma owner in the next couple days after searching, I've narrowed my choices to 2.

    http://sandiego.craigslist.org/ssd/cto/3350773304.html

This one is 4x4 with a stock TRD Off Road pkg.

    http://inlandempire.craigslist.org/cto/3310348206.html

This one is immaculate and a 4x2 with TRd off road pkg. it's also lifted and has a better look because of the lift.

I'm having a difficult time choosing because I love the look of the white lifted one but don't want to be screwed if I need the functionality of a 4x4. I've started to take interest in taking dirt trails to go shooting and have desired the thrill since then. Any advice would be much appreciated.

    Thanks!!

    4x4.

Adding an actual functional lift will only cost you about $350. The white truck looks like a spacer lift up front and has way too much bro lean.

You won't regret the 4x4... You may not regret the prerunner, but there's a chance you will in the future.
