If anyone is interest in a "plug and play" catch can with fuel hose and external filter identical to my setup, I have enough material to make (2).

Will sell for $65 shipped (lower 48 states).

Were you able to source the mesh locally or did you have to order it online?

Either way, thanks for the write-up! I was getting annoyed at not finding a decent priced occ w/ baffles! I'll be making one of these for my ms3 and probably another as a secondary oil/water seperator for my air compressor!

I found the PCV valve for my 2.7, as expected it's on the rear of the valve cover. I followed the hose, which disappears behind the engine and gets involved with some other wires and pipes -- curious why it doesn't go straight to the intake manifold. Any idea what's going on with that hose behind the engine? I'll try doing a net search for the 2TR-FE emissions or PCV diagram... and I'll take a closer look next chance I get, but it might require a mirror, a flashlight and some contortionism.

EDIT: I found the following diagrams, surely some of you have seen these already but for those who haven't:

    Emission Control System: Parts Location
    http://www.customtacos.com/tech/files/05FSM/data/ileaf/06toyrm/06toypdf/06rmsrc/rm2006ta/01200110.pdf

Ventilation Valve: Inspection (seems somewhat useless)

According to this last diagram, the PCV valve ("ventilation valve") is part of the air injection control driver, and is attached to the air switching valve. Can anyon confirm this? Can you tell me what port/hole on the air switching valve is connected to the PCV hose?

Thanks rooster for the conduit hanger idea! I picked one up.

Its been 800 miles and I was installing the new holder bracket so here is what it collected.
