Suggestions for Taco tune-up! 124k

So i got my 1st Tacoma the other day, i have no history of what was done to it. I know i am getting wheels balanced/alignment. change oil/filter, air filter (recommendations?), power steering fluid looks low but i havent had a good look at it yet.
I just heard of this Seafoam stuff...y'all think i should do this?
Any other suggestions on what i should check/ change? spark plugs, ATF etc

Rear diff, grease u joints. A drain and Fill on the transmission. I would not use Sea foam unless you have a problem. My dad had an issue in his camry it would idle rough but after the rpms passed 3k it ran like normal. After a few cans it fixed that issue. A few months later the gasket around the oil pump failed. could have caused it or it could be the car is 14 years old . It was due for a timing belt anyway. With a used vehicle assume nothing has been done. I would check the break pads and drums. It will at least give an estimate on when the need to be changed.

 

Thanks, hmmm rear diff...never done that before i am sure i can do it..do Tacoma's have a drain plug there? Also i thought the Transmission Fluid was "supposed" to be good for life of truck whenever that could be.
I am debating on having all this done by local Toyota dealer, or would i be spending wasted money when i could do it myself and possibly more thorough.

Changing oil in the diff is remove fill plug first then remove drain plug it I think it is a 22mm socket. get a new crush washer for the fill plug. The transmission fluid according to some owners manuals replace at 60k some say 100k and some dealers say never. Seeing that they want to sell you a $3k transmission I would ignore the dealers. If you do everything yourself its about $100 and a few hours.
