Diff Drop??

    2007 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab TRD Off Road
    Fog light anytime, Relocated rear diff breather, Painted badges/grille, Kenwood head unit, Midland CB, Bilstein 5100 up front set at .85",
    I remember reading somewhere that if you lift your truck more than 1.5" that you NEED to install a diff drop. Is this true? I know it couldn't hurt, but is it absolutely necessary?

    Not true at all. I've got more lift than that w/ no diff drop.
