If anyone is curious, those strict laws are the reason there are no recovery points on any of these Aussie bumpers. The liability concerning possible breakage is so ridiculous that they all dropped them. You can however buy good bolt on recovery points from ARB and install them yourself.

If the center bar on the TJM didnt turn me off so much I might be swayed...and then that price difference damn..!

I havnt put the rubber bumps to use yet...but I like the idea. My friend has a Land Rover that has this OEM bullbar on it, and when I first saw it I thought it was all metal...but it had this foam rubber type of deal similar to the ARB. Of course you shouldn't be hitting things, heh heh but if you nudge something, it could provide a little give before the rest of the bumper causes some damage. I was going to say incase you are getting towed by a buddy and it would prevent some damage if you bumped him, but thats assuming a tacoma would need to be towed, we all know a tacoma would never need to be towed from the trail. heh heh....but say you need to push someone? heh heh a lot of BS for some rubber bumper things I know heh
