Ok, here are the pictures of full on and full dim. I'm not sure I follow you your explanation on my problem. I kind of think it is more of a problem with where I get power for the Fog relay, not with where I get power for the ON indicator. Can you try to explain your thoughts a little more.
    Thanks

Ok, I will have to spend some time with the info you just gave me, which is awesome by the way. I had a thought about the problem, but have not been able to prove it yet. It appears that the lime green wire that I am using to energize the fog relay must go to ground when the ignition switch is turned off. Or become less positive, resulting in current flowing backwards through the fog relay.
If I had an ignition switched +12v source that just went open when the key was off, then maybe this would work. I guess it would need to be a relay or something. Just thinking out loud. Thanks for helping, I know this is a lot of work for one little light. Let me know what you think.

caribe makaira, You seem to be the man for schematics. Would you happen to have the page 72 referred to in the schematic below. It is referred to as the Power Source System. However you post it would fine but if you have it in PDF form that would be great.

OK Caribe Makaira, I finally got it ironed out and everything works great. I just had to make a slight change.

I had originally done this Anytime Fog Light Mod, but it did not work with my Switch modification.

So, I changed to what I feel is a better version of the Anytime Fog Light Mod.
I found a vacant fuse position in the fuse block behind the coin tray. This fuse slot is switched by the TAIL/HEADLIGHT Switch. I used an Mini Add-A-Circuit with a 3 Amp fuse is this slot.

I then extented the Add-A-Circuit lead to the Fuse Bock under the hood and terminated it to pin 1 of the FR FOG Relay.

I can now turn on my Fogs anytime the Tails/Headlight switch is on. The Fog Light Switch illuminates as it did originally. It also dims as it should, and the best part is that the blue indicator lights anytime the Fog Switch is on :).

    Thanks for your help.
