    I found this online ...
its the interior of the Land Cruiser Prado. ( Thanks pbm317)
Looks like they have a bunch more goodies than we do.
maybe some of what we'll see in the near future?
Trip computer inbetween tach & speedo.
    Push button start.
heated leather. (might already be in 2013 tacoma)
    additional steering wheel buttons??
    dual zone-front & back heat/AC.

why cant they just offer the Hilux here too alongside the Tacoma.
    its not only diesel right?
they have gas engines with diesel being an upgrade option?
(even though i would get a diesel if available)

I thought we had all the best options here in the USA...
Lets get our $h!t together US.

OME 885s on Bilstein 5100s set at 0 with 1/2" plate spacers. OME Dakars with Bilstein 5100 Extended Length Shocks. 16" Pro Comp 7032 wheels wrapped with 285/75-16 Duratracs
heated seats are offered in the 2013's on the higher end models or maybe just the limited, not quite sure. the extra buttons on the right of the steering wheel I believe are to run the entune/navigation. the top right are to answer and hang up a call, the lower left (on the right, if that makes sense) is the voice activation button and the lower right (on the right) is like a "joystick" to navigate through the stereo. most other Toyota's have this "joystick" feature when equipped with entune/navi. my '12 with entune doesn't have the "joystick", but I believe the '13s do. the lowest buttons on each side of the wheel, not sure what they do. the only thing a Hilux offers that I would want are the heated/power fold-in side mirrors, the dual-zone front/back hvac and the rear defrosted window. other than that, the foreigners can keep it.

edit: would also like the available empty switch slots.

Too car-like for my tastes, but it is cool looking.

That is the interior of a Land Cruiser Prado (Lexus GX460 in the U.S.), not a Hilux. Much higher price point vehicle...

Here is the top end Hilux interior

after more searching, the website I found that on has the pictures mislabeled.
    my bad.
but I did find this when googling 2013 hilux interior...

I still like that Prado interior alot though.
not so much the 2013 Hilux version if this is what it really looks like.

I thought that looked a little out of place for a truck interior...

The toyota landcruiser prado's dashboard are bad quality, they crack with the time... I got one prado 2006 and I got many deep cracks on my dashboard, I rarely exposed it to the sun... And it scratchs easily too :(
