Both o2 sensors at the same time?

Hey Guys, new to the group. I just had a shop put in a new clutch and when i was leaving the CEL came on. I went back and they ran the code...bank 1 and 2 o2 sensor high and low voltage. He cleared them to see if maybe them unplugging them while changing the clutch had caused it. The light came back on just down the road. Changing them is no problem for me it just doesn't make since that they were fine before the clutch job and both out after. I ohmed all the regular fuses, none blown. I'm just scratching my head as to what it could be. Have I overlooked something... is there even a fuse for them...
