IIRC, all you do is pop up those two plastic tabs, then undo the (10mm, I believe) nuts or whatever with a ratchet...then pull the grill STRAIGHT UP and it should come right out!

Not that easy my friend, I'm in Canad, I don't know if it's the Canadian model but there are two plastic tabs on on each side of grill on BOTTOM next to the DTRL, they just don't slide UP like the other bud says

Canadian Taco here, there is NO sliding this baby up, the two plastic screws on bottom of gril on inside the heads are facing OUTSIDE so I can't get to it, GET IT, the plastic screw heads hidden by freakin design, THERE has got to be a thread about this on this site.

After you have the 4 on top removed, just pull straight up. Just be careful the bottom ones easily break. I broke them on my stock grill. Although it didn't seem to effect the grill being held snugly in place. Was more careful with my Satoshi not to break the bottom ones on this.

    Mine slides straight up

Remove the two top bolts and the two pins , pull straight up

The first time I did it I was suprised at how hard I had to pull

I sprayed some White Lube in the two tab "sockets" at the bottom for the next time.
Be sure to use something that's gonna stay pliable and not gonna freeze
My grill's been in and out some 25+ times.
Always expect one of those tabs to break, but so far so good.

EDIT: something that's gonna stay liquid and not gum up below freezing, would be a better description
