Camper top with racks, Custom fogs behind lower bumper. Interior LED lighting, Rock Lights, Hella 500s with upraged bulbs behind black billet grill, AAL, Front 5100s
Had to take them off, the curve in them holds snow like an ice cream scoop.

Take them off befor you look like a knob driving down the highway with your mud flaps folded backwards cause you broke them on a snow bank ( which was just the end of the driveway)! Also i have no sympathy for my truck which means gravel and rocks peg her sides on a daily, Toyota did a good job painting the rockers!

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
I voted off but here in California if you don't want a ticket leave them on you never know. And in California the ticket is not a fix-it ticket anymore it's like $78 bucks or something like that.

    The law
"No person shall operate any motor vehicle having three or more wheels, any trailer, or semitrailer," states California Vehicle Code Section 27600, "unless equipped with fenders, covers, or devices, including flaps or splash aprons, or unless the body of the vehicle or attachments thereto afford adequate protection to effectively minimize the spray or splash of water or mud to the rear of the vehicle and all such equipment or such body or attachments thereto shall be at least as wide as the tire tread." The law became effective Nov. 23, 1970.

I really didnt have the option. I backed upa hump on a trail about a month after I got it and my tires ripped the back ones off. Front ones came off shortly after when I got the chance. didnt like the ugly suckers anyway.

I keep ripping mine off while offroading I want to keep them on but for some reason they dont like to stay. I made my own after selling the stock ones for 175 $ and I think I made them to long or not sturdy enough

I have 3 on right now, backed up and hit a deep hole and it ripped one of the fronts off. Thinking I will just end up taking them all off anyway...

I just trimmed the fronts instead of taking them off. With the amount of gravel roads around here the paint gets hammered even with the flaps on...i'd hate to see the damage with them removed.

I hate all the rock chips i get having my front off, but i'm gonna eventually herculine or raptor line the lower rockers and fender flares anyway, so its not a huge deal yet. Off for me.
