Rattle from the dash steering column area, I can't figure it out!

    It's a plastic dull sounding rattle from around the column area, see pic showing left dash next to steering wheel. It sounds like it should be behind that area. It only happens on cracked pavement, gravel roads, etc. Any time there are bumps or vibration. It was fine until i took it in for the for the spiral cable recall. There is nothing loose that I can find. I can't figure it out! Any ideas? Has anyone else had this?
