I have searched through the threads for this question and have had no luck. Is paint covered under warranty? My 2012 has 2039 miles and one of my friends scratched it. its only about 3" long but its deep. I was wondering if it was covered and if not how much it would cost for the toyota collision center to fix it?

Wouldn't be covered. Don't think Toyota dealer would be the cheapest way to go either. I would try to find a local, reputable body/detailing shop.

I doubt warranty would cover that. You might want to see if there is a good mobile paint touch up person in your area. They tend to charge less than a body shop. Body shops would have to blend in the color, then clear coat the whole panel. I'd guess $400-500.
