My opinion is that a spacer lift is better than the 5100 set up with stock coils because with the 5100's your just over compressing the stock coils causing a stiff ride. Not sure why everyone thinks this is better than a spacer lift! If your going to do a small lift then do the spacers ,if not save up for a 6" lift.No point in spending $500 bucks for a few inches!

why would i need wheel spaces for 33" tires? i have a 2.5 inch spacer lift and i just need to install it. what would be best for the rear lift?

If you want to just level it out, get Bilstein 5100s for the front set them at 1.75 with stock coils and you are good to go! 5100's will run you around $200 shipped unless you find them used. Alignment is another $60 and probably a $60 for a garage to compress coils. OR you can get 1.5" spacer for $60 or so from ebay, install it yourself and spend another $60 for alignment. Its cheap and such small spacer will be fine unless you do hardcore off roading with a lot of flex.

If you go above 2.5" in the front you will need UCA's, because the aligment will be off, now UCA's are pretty expensive and hard to find used. Even if you watch classifieds and find a good deal, you have to pm the OP within 5 seconds of posting the threads, Tacomaworld people are like vultures...

Ok. Thanks to all you guys and Tacoma World I made a few calls and drove the truck down and qualified for the tsb leaf pack in my 2010 Double Cab Long Bed SR5. So now I'm psyched on the added hight in the rear that will give me.

I ordered my Billy's from wheelers to go all around, but now I don't know what to set the front at! My original rake was about an 1.5" higher in the back... now it'll be a little higher after the tsb.

I'm having the dealer put the 5100s on while they're putting in the tab and I need to come to a front setting decision by next week. I'm trying to get it level. I'm running 265's so I don't want to high of a lift plus I'm not doing any AAL's on the back, just the tab pack and bilsteins. Any thoughts?

-If I set the 5100's at 1.75 I'll still have a rake and if I set them at 2.5 the ride will be stiff and there's the possibility of Bro-Lean.

    - 885's might bring it up just as high

-Don't know what 884's will do on a DC LB?
