    Hello everyone,
I have a 2011 Tacoma double cab, TRD sport and I have noticed a clear oily substance dripping on my carpet to the left of the glove box. I am taking the truck in for a new blower motor next week. Could the oil leaking be associated with the blower motor chirp/squeal? It appears to be dripping from the left side, but not directly from the blower motor.

    Thanks,

    Matt

Been a few reports of this. Seems to be coming from one of the servo motors controlling the recirc, hi-lo, or heat bypass doors.

Sounds like a possible heater core leak. I've never heard of any fluids leaking from any electric motors, especially the vent servos.

    Check coolant level.
