I used an air chisel with a muffler cutter to get mine out. Pressing them wont work

Looks like another member had this problem too, its the cam that sits in the bushing. The pinch bolt goes though the cam and hold it all together. I have new bushings and a new cam. Looks like i gotta get out the saw :)

Good luck... that spline that you see was part of the bolt. You're going to end up cutting the bolt to get it out and the bushings will not press out. Toyota, in all their infinite wisdom, just pressed a metal bushing into another metal part and never thought to use never sieze or grease so, you guessed it, they rusted together.

This might help so you know what you're in for.

Post 3 has a link to a DIY thread and I've got my parts list toward the end of the thread. I did this earlier this year with some help.

One of 2 things will happen. 1. The alignment bolts will no longer turn inside the bushing and you can't get the truck aligned properly. This happened to me when I lifted my truck, the bushings were fine but the bolts rusted in the middle of them so everything had to be replaced in order for me to get an alignment. 2. You'll start getting play between the LCA and the attachment to the frame. You'll usually hear the clunk when you turn but you'll need to confirm visually.

FWIW, you can buy the whole new LCA for around $270 and it comes with new bushings and the ball joint. The bolts that hold everything together are expensive as well so don't overlook them when figuring replacement cost.

After playing around with the a arm for a while and reading a bit when you disconnect A. the strut. B. the two spindle bolt *bottom. and then loosen up the two pinch bolts that run through the two a arm bushings the ideal well cared for a arm should drop free.

    The plan.
    1. Cut spline bolts using saw zaw, maybe if im lucky the rear one wont be seized, the cam moves freely so I dont think it is.
    2. press out the f'ed bushings and put in the new ones
    3. put in new cams and replace arm.

The rears are held in by regular bolts, try turning the bolt head and seeing if it will spin inside the bushing. I was able to work 1 out of 4 of mine free. The others all had to be cut out with a sawzall. Those bolts are hard also, get ready to fry a couple blades.
