Is it possible to

Make the engine fan always on full lock? I like the sound that the fan makes when you first turn on the truck. Is it possible to make the fan spin at engine rpm all the time?

why?

plus it would probably maybe turn the check engine light on because the engine would constantly be too cold? maybe? idk

Step 1: record fan sound
Step 2: burn sound file to a CD
Step 3: place CD in CD player
Step 4: Play CD

Problem solved

Just go with a set of electric fans if you want the fans on all the time.

CAN it be done? Yes, with a little work. SHOULD it be done? No, because it causes excessive load on the engine and will affect your fuel economy as well as longevity.

mount a metal flex fan. like this , that one isnt made for our trucks, just an example. i dont think one they make one for our trucks but dont think it would be hard to accomplish. anyone who builds motors knows how well a flex fan works. i like the idea.

this is one of the weirdest mod ideas i've ever heard..why would you want to do this, and why would you like the extra noise & wear associated with it?

I agree, but tons of people want there trucks exhaust louder, even spend money on headers and such, for minimal gains, just more noise.
