Sorry but I just bought a 2013 TRD Sport and I tried searching for this before posting but couldn't find anything. When I put the truck in 4 low I get a beeping alarm that sounds like a Uhaul truck backing up. How can I deactivate this alarm. Its very annoying.

Apparently you have to put it in neutral first then turn the knob to 4 low. Thats retarded, my Jeep can go into 4 hi or 4 low while in gear and moving.

    Yeah .

On the bright side , you figured it out without looking at the manual or the card on your driver's side visor

    Chopped mud-flaps (yup, I'm hardcore)
I don't know of any transfer case that can shift between high and low range while in gear and moving (at least not above 5mph).
