    Will a camper shell that fits other truck brands (S-10, Nissan, Colorado) fit a Tacoma? Not much luck finding a used one for my '12 model. I will probably keep looking till March then I guess I'll just break down and buy new.

    I don't think so. Beds are all shaped and measure out a little differently.

    Holy chit, I've done a lot already!!
    Long answer - my brother in law successfully installed and has been running one from a Colorado on his DCSB. Doesn't seal as nice or look as nice as fitted, but it works. It looks pretty good too. I am sure with a little more work, it could be sealed up too.
