Tried asking two new owners in the intro section but had no luck.

Can someone tell me if the 2013 drivers side sunvisor has a mirror on the back if you flip it down?

I would like to swap mine out if they do w 2013 part.

My 2012 has a mirror on the driver and passenger side visors... With lights even that come on when you slide the cover open that hides the mirrors.

^^ I did not know this!
    My truck is an optioned base. So it's not a 2012 v 2013 afterall. it's a SR5 difference?
In that case I just need to find SR5 part number.

I'm wondering if the upholstery is different and I'd have to change both sides instead of just one.

ive found a few different part numbers. im guessing this is pretty straight forward. looks like they are listing a single variant for access cabs ("w/o pre-runner")
either fabric or non-fabric version. in which case looks like if your gonna do the swap you gotta do the pair since the upholstery is different. the fabric ones must be the only ones with the mirrors on drivers side. My passenger side doesnt bother me cause its got a mirror, such a bummer that it needs to be swapped or its gonna look strange.

w/o fabric $86 for the pair
w/ fabric is $320 for the pair...

I would search junk yards. I can't imagine they have changed them much from the 09's or maybe even back farther than that.

2012+ visors are more expensive because of the vanity light I think. I just did a check of 2010 visors on the same site and they are less than $70 each, so <$140 for the pair. Not 100% sure if the mounts are compatible between the years. If you take a photo of the visor mounting brackets in your truck, and measure the distance between the swivel and the clamp, we can verify.

My SR5 visor measures the same. You are good to go. The SR5 visor has the vanity mirror and a slide-out extension to block the sun better on the side window.

    you are the man Ken...
    ordered :)

    edit
    ----
    just for the record,
i could pick from either SR5 Regular cab left/right visor OR access cab gray w/ fabric left/right visor...
i picked the access cab ones, they were the exact same price. im figuring the difference might be the sticker on the visor (for locking rear?) and all that matters is the fabric part since those appear to the the only ones that get the drivers side mirror.

parts should be here in a week, thanks guys, i'll follow up next week.

i will be very thankful to not have to lean over and put my tie on in the rear view mirror anymore :)

    Update:

Ken thank you so much man! the new visors came in the mail, they are not back lit, and im thankful, i really dont need the vanity lights, and i didnt feel like wiring up more stuff either... so that must be the price gap with the 2012+ ones. these are EXACTLY what i was looking for. fabric is nicer than the 'fake fabric' ones i had, mounted perfectly, matched perfect. plus it has the extendable shade as an added bonus (that i prob wont use either :) )

these were half the price of the 2012 ones, you saved me over $150.
