So I've been running my truck the way it is for quite a while now..but never really measured how much it leaned..
    LF-36" RF-37"
    LR-36.75" RR-37.75"

So I have a whole inch of lean.. I know I need the 1/4" spacer on the LF coil. But I am concerned about the rear. Are the leaf springs side specific also? I have the TSB rear.

Don't feel too bad, I don't remember my exact numbers, but I have about 1.5" of Taco lean in the rear and about an inch in the front... My passenger rear is the highest of the 4 corners and my driver rear is the lowest... Pretty much everything on the Tacoma's is side specific (usually marked with blue or red) but I have never confirmed is there is actually a strength difference between the two.

and make sure all of your tires are properly (evenly) inflated or that will cause lean too

    Yes.
And the tires are all inflated the same. I keep a close eye on my tires..

I'm thinking of doing a battery relocation to over the right rear tire, mounted to the frame rail to help compensate..
