Tacoma Outsold GMC Sierra in November!

Sales will probably hit 140,000 units this year, which would be back to 2008 levels.

 

^ that is always good thing. Crazy that ford sold over 20k more trucks than chevy.

 

All ways have out sold Chevy but they don't see it that way if you listen to them.

 

To be fair the F-series includes a whole bunch of different sized trucks and configurations on those trucks while all of the other makes are pretty much just one model with different cab configurations. It's a little biased towards Ford in that regard.

 

The GM line is several years old now. It's due for another major overhaul to start selling more again.

 

It's more accurate to say the F-Series sold 14k more trucks than Chevy and GMC combined. Still a respectable lead. The YTD numbers means Ford sold an average of 1.2 trucks per minute in the US, around the clock.

The Ram and Silverado/Sierra have the same different sized trucks as Ford. They all have 1/2 ton, 3/4 ton, 1 ton.


And I wouldn't count outselling the Sierra as anything. It's essentially 500k including the Silverado. Statistically it's unfortunate that the Sierra and Silverado always have to be separate.
